Our team is passionate about enhancing the public realm and the urban experience in our communities - especially as it relates to Downtown districts and long-term plans for improvement.

When communities invest in improving these districts, they can attract a broad array of uses including restaurants, retail and office space as well as residential apartments, condominiums, and hotels. Confluence brings a variety of skills and strengths to collaborate with property owners, stakeholders, municipalities, and allied professionals to properly guide future development and enhancement of existing streetscapes and public spaces.

These urban environments require analysis of existing conditions, land uses, contextual relationships, infrastructure needs, and related economic development factors. The integrated nature of this work requires a wholistic approach to identifying issues, addressing needs, and planning for the future.
