A key strength of our practice involves planning vibrant corridors and creating great urban spaces that truly embody the unique sense of place in each community.

Our team recognize the important role corridors play in serving and connecting neighborhoods and businesses while encouraging healthy and active lifestyles in our communities. The daily life of residents and visitors takes place in and along these corridors, and there is an inherent need to provide a strong public realm through design and land use planning efforts to strengthen each community’s desired identity and visual character.

Confluence integrates community and stakeholder input while designing elements such as decorative paving, landscape, lighting, water, site furnishings, art and environmental graphics that promote social interaction, pedestrian comfort and corridor vitality.
