After completing an internship in our Des Moines office, Calvin graduated from Iowa State University with his degree in Landscape Architecture. Calvin enjoys drawing and designing projects that make a difference in different communities and is excited to use his skills and experiences in the Omaha region. He chose to become a Landscape Architect as it allows him to draw and design projects that make the world a better place. His passions in the profession include seeing his designs come to life, designing within cities and working on sports facility projects such as the Waukee Athletic Complex and Birdlands Futsal Court in Des Moines. Calvin studied abroad in Rome for a semester, allowing him to experience new ways of life, cultures and wide variety of design skills. During his free time, Calvin enjoys hanging out with his friends and family, the outdoors and listening to music.
After interning in our Minneapolis and Des Moines offices, Casey graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Landscape Architecture. She is passionate about designing beautiful landscapes that bring communities together and encourage people to get outside. She’s excited to be back in the Minneapolis office and looks forward to working in the community where she grew up. In her free time, Casey enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog, Kaylee.
Avery found a love for the outdoors while growing up in Ulysses, Kansas, participating in activities such as sports and Boy Scouts, achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. Avery’s passion for landscape architecture stems from the opportunity to design beautiful and resilient spaces that connect people to the environment.
Avery graduated from Kansas State University with a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture. In his free time, Avery enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Kansas City and working with his hands to create ceramics. After interning in our Kansas City office in the spring of 2018, he is excited to be back in Kansas City with the confluence team.
