This new residential community was designed to provide each home with easy access to preserved natural areas, neighborhood parks and amenities.
Our team planned the layout of this master-planned residential community, including utilization of an existing riparian forest area along the Sheyenne River as a nature park. We also developed over 3 miles of integrated community paths and trails to provide connectivity with over 35 acres of park spaces and amenity areas strategically placed throughout the entire development.
The entry sequence was designed to create an inviting sense of arrival, while additional perimeter buffer plantings were utilized to enhance the site’s natural beauty and existing landscape characteristics.
