West Central Valley Athletic Complex

The Master Plan and implementation of this multi-sport athletic complex created a new community event venue which has become a source of civic pride for West Central Valley, Iowa.
This athletic complex is capable of hosting several large sporting events, with amenities including a running track, football, baseball and softball fields. Confluence served as a key member of a multi-disciplinary team hired to craft a Master Plan and to prepare design and construction documents for the project.
The planning process included a series of interactive design and master planning workshops, as well as a series of facilitated design and budget review meetings with key officials.
