The site design at Mission Hills provides an innovative intergenerational space providing opportunities for interaction, learning and healing.
Confluence collaborated with SRa Architects to provide conceptual ideas and design development through construction for a new intergenerational facility in Chanhassen, Minnesota. The flexible space offers many amenities and features including a variety of outdoor seating, open lawn areas, native plantings, and numerous formal and informal play environments. These improvements also included an outdoor classrooms for adults and children, a water feature, performance stage and infant sensory garden, all interconnected with a pedestrian path.
