Located within the Irvine Business Complex, this project is a major renovation of a legacy hotel to provide a resort experience to business travelers and includes a Regency Club, a private lounge for top status guests.
In collaboration with the architecture team, we redesigned the entire entry sequence for the propert to enhance the sense of arrival, which included creation of a convenient new valet parking area at the entrance. We redesigned an existing pool space while creating a new adult pool, kids waterslides, and a spa pool area with private and public relaxation spaces. A new lush and tropical landscape theme was also carried through all public spaces.
