Confluence is leading site development, master planning, and creating an iconic atmosphere of pedestrian-oriented plazas, shopping and streetscape areas to knit this entire mixed-use and entertainment project together. We are collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to plan for a large indoor recreational sport and athletic complex, a 3,500 seat arena, several hotels and restaurants, and what is anticipated to become the region's largest retail outlet shopping and entertainment experience.
