The Ridge at Lake Quivira

Confluence provided land planning and landscape architecture for this project as part of a multi-disciplinary design team.  A master plan was created to guide future development of this proposed residential community.  The project site was heavily wooded with rugged conditions, which provided opportunities for creative design and planning strategies to be employed for tree preservation, site grading, and open space integration.

This upscale gated community was proposed to be an expansion of the existing Lake Quivira community – offering a maintenance-provided living option not currently available.  The development plan incorporated residential townhomes, neighborhood amenities, pedestrian pathway linkages, and identification signage.  Sustainable design principles were integrated into the planning efforts for site development, building design, and construction.
