The Crossing
Iowa City and Coralville, Iowa
The Crossing is an approximately 500-acre master-planned community in the western extents of Iowa City and southern Coralville. This project was developed as a collaboration between the City of Iowa City, the City of Coralville, Southgate Development and Confluence and features acres of old growth forests and rolling hills.
The site has beautiful rolling hills and areas of established trees and vegetation, and is truly unique for the area. It has been designed to keep everything within walking distance using one of the many proposed trails. The neighborhoods within The Crossing are intended to provide a variety of residential options and opportunities for residents to live, work, shop, and play.
