Stonepost Ranch

Confluence created a community master plan to guide the future development of market-rate apartments and commercial office and retail space.  The project site is adjacent to an apartment complex under the same ownership, and was designed as a new phase of this existing residential community. 

The design incorporates a new centrally located neighborhood green and clubhouse amenity with pedestrian and open space linkages.  This clubhouse was also planned as an arrival focal point while anchoring the western expansion of this residential community.  Confluence also collaborated with the civil engineering team to integrate sustainable approaches for stormwater treatment and management, incorporating rain gardens into several open space areas throughout the community.
