Our planning experience has included comprehensive analysis of land use, transportation, infrastructure, aesthetics, and economic development opportunities for a wide variety of districts and areas throughout the Midwest.  The capacity for new development, including its feasibility and potential impact on supporting infrastructure systems, can be evaluated and determined through the results of this analysis.  Whether working for a developer or for a municipality interested in promoting and attracting quality revitalization projects, our team of planners and designers is experienced in balancing the need for design flexibility with the need for development certainty.
