BIVI Master Plan
Multiple Locations
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, Confluence is preparing a master plan for Boehringer Ingelheim (BIVI), integrating the corporation’s multiple sites in North America. This plan is anticipated to guide both short and long-term growth of each facility that aligns business plans, sales projections, production capabilities, and phased implementation over the next 10+ years.
The master planning effort involves a comprehensive review of existing conditions, capabilities, equipment, and facilities and provides recommendations for improving efficiencies and strategic growth opportunities that align with their business plans and future sales projections. Future growth opportunities throughout this network of locations are planned to support both research and development functions as well as production capabilities.
