Fox Prairie
West Des Moines, Iowa
Fox Prairie Plaza is an exciting mixed-use development located in West Des Moines, Iowa. The 6.4-acre site is along the Mills Civic Parkway entrance into the City from Interstate 35. Two 130,000 square foot buildings contain retail space on the first floors, with two stories of residential units above. Underground parking will be provided for the residential users. The site is designed to provide two retail pad sites for up to 10,000 square feet of restaurant use. This upscale development utilizes high-quality building materials, site amenities and lighting.
Confluence led the site development and had involvement in building footprint development, building orientation, schematic design and design development. Additionally, we led the City approval process and provided construction documents and construction observation.
