Fox Creek Town Center Master Plan
Waukee, Iowa
Confluence provided master planning, landscape architecture, visioning, and design guidelines for the creation of Fox Creek Town Center, an 1,800-acre mixed-use development in Waukee, Iowa. The master plan represents a unique opportunity to create an integrated pattern of land uses and development, and recommends strong pedestrian connections to open space areas, streetscape corridors and trail networks. This town center will further distinguish itself by creating dynamic gateway connections to the City while incorporating public art that is inspired by the surrounding community.
