Falcon Plaza
Lenexa, Kansas
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, Confluence was retained to assist with the site planning, design and City approval process for a 23-acre commercial development near K-10 Highway & Woodland Road in western Lenexa, Kansas. The development master plan included a total of 10 office and commercial/retail buildings.
Falcon Plaza was design to incorporate pedestrian-scaled public open spaces at several of the buildings. The development also integrates sustainable native plant materials and stormwater bio-retention basins along its perimeter areas to collect and treat parking lot runoff.
