Confluence is part of a multi-disciplinary team led by INVISION involved in the development of Jackson Crossing (formerly Dunham Square), an approximately 5.5-acre, 244-unit, multi-family apartment complex in Des Moines, Iowa. Consisting of three 4-story residential buildings, this project is the first major redevelopment in the 2Rivers District on the confluence of the Des Moines and Raccoon Rivers. The character of the site respects surrounding single-family residential properties, but is also a distinctly original type of multi-family development for the Des Moines area.
