Confluence is excited to be a part of the design team developing the conceptual master plan for the next phase of the Overland Park Arboretum and Botanical Gardens. This proposed expansion to the arboretum includes parking and entry drive expansion; a visitors center featuring several outdoor patios, terraces and promenade adjacent to a pond expansion; garden spaces; a wedding and event lawn; and a series of reflecting pools that cascade along a central promenade. In addition to the proposed gardens and visitors center expansion, the project will also implement the first phase of the International Sculpture Garden to include an entry gateway and gallery; amphitheater; pavilions; seating niches; and enhanced landscape.
