    Confluence is involved in a major expansion and renovation of Seaton Hall which houses Kansas State University’s College of Architecture, Planning + Design.

    • As part of a multi-disciplinary team, Confluence is leading the site design and landscape architecture for a major expansion and renovation of Seaton Hall which houses Kansas State University’s College of Architecture, Planning and Design. The anticipated $75 million, single-phase project will demolish, renovate, expand and preserve portions of the east wing of Seaton Hall and Mechanic’s Hall. The project also involves the creation of a new, iconic entrance for the College as well as the provision of flexible pedestrian gathering spaces designed for demonstration, research, sustainability, and interaction with the entire University.
